A bar which opened in June/98. The owners of the place, Su & Miki, used to be the owner of the bar Halftime in Koenji which was one of the favorite bars of blues fans in Tokyo for over 10 years before closing in March/98. Bright Brown is twice as big compared to Halftime, and the same comfortable atmosphere remains. Oh, I should correct that. Bright Brown is much more comfortable. It is really a nice place. There are lots of CD and records in the bar, and you are welcome to request what you want to hear. There are wide varieties of drinks and food, too. On weekends (Sat. and Sun.) there ususally are live shows and the cover charges are 800 Yen to 1,500 Yen depending on the shows they have. When there are no live acts, no cover charges are required.
